Teams continuously improve customer satisfaction with regular and direct customized service delivery feedback from internal & external customers of the team via our Internet system. This is measured once every 3 months.

A ‘Line of Sight’ for Everyone – Team Performance Dashboard
The dashboard design is based on the principles of the balance score card. Consequently it provides real time measurements of the business performance of a team, the degree of learning in becoming more effective, the financial effects of team functioning and the degree of customer satisfaction. The team KPI’s are measured in terms of ‘actual’ & ‘projected’ performance that is updated on a monthly basis. In addition, the way a team learns to become more effective is assessed & measured using the ‘Gap Analysis’ methodology on a 3 monthly cycle. The metrics are customized to make the measurement data team specific for immediate corrective action where necessary.

Electronic Communication
Each team member receives automatic sms prompts and emails in the middle and at month end from the Internet system to keep their focus of attention on what matters and is important and in touch with their individual commitments as team members. This ensures that each member is contributing to the success of the team.
