- Top priorities are identified, measured, tracked and made visible on a regular basis
- Achieving these priorities, year after year, contributes measurably to multi-year growth
- Communication and follow through is guaranteed
- Top management has a simple system for tracking performance and making course corrections timeously
- Individual and team focus on the delivery of the vital KPI's automatically generates a high performance culture
How soon can one expect an improvement in performance?

As a pilot exercise, 2 Months, which consists of an initial 2-day installation workshop, either in succession or splitting day 1 and day 2, hands-on coaching and 2 follow-up workshops. Our standard practice is to work with a team over a period of 12 months, which incorporates 4 half-day follow-up workshops.

It is designed for the middle and upper echelons of a company or organisation.
Does the system cater for virtual teams?

It also has a notice board to facilitate communication. Members can be targeted specifically and are prompted for participation via sms & email.

Yes, it is has a specific facility for that which facilitates the search that will enable you to make the appropriate link-up within the context of industry, knowledge domain and discipline.
How long does it take to populate the system with the relevant information?
The system needs to be populated only once a month, usually the last week of the month. That would take, on average, about 15 to 20 minutes. In addition, only 1 team member is required for that activity and not the whole team. Lastly, once every quarter every team member is asked to do an effectiveness assessment of the team, using the 360 degree methodology, which will take about 15 to 20 minutes.
How much does it cost?
